"Our family went to Utah for a funeral and stayed at this property. It was clean and well-stocked. The backyard and small orchard would have been fun for kids. The shower in the primary bedroom didn't drain but that was the only problem with the property. I didn't appreciate that the listed price included up to 20 people, which we had, but we were still charged for an extra person."

"My son and I stayed here March 2024. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The bedding was comfortable, the place was clean, everything worked, and the neighbors are quite. I particularly liked the coffee supply, and large TVs with ROKU. My only complaint is that my SUV with roof rack (for our skis) was too high to fit under the designated covered parking spot that comes with the rental. Occasionally I had to park quite aways away from the apartment in the uncovered open parking...

"Perfect place for large groups! I booked this house for my women's football team for the weekend and it was perfect for reviewing film in the theater area, eating together in the dining area, and the game room, gym, and outdoor areas were fantastic for using our free time. The ice cream and popcorn machines were a nice touch. Merrick was hospitable and easy to communicate with. Definitely everything you want in a host! "

"This was a fantastic property that did not disappoint! There are tons of beds for everyone to spread out and room for games and activities. The hot tub and backyard dining area was a huge hit, and the kids loved the fenced playground and backyard. The large TVs (one upstairs and one downstairs) were great for family movie nights as well! We had a slight problem with the AC unit and the host was very attentive and went above and beyond to get things fixed and make it right quickly and kindly....
