"We had a lovely weekend stay for a quick family get-away. The main kitchen and living area has spectacular views onto the lake as does the deck where we spent most of our time. The lake is just across the very quiet street. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, the host super responsive and the rooms very comfortable. We did not use the well equipped basement work-out and additional TV space but it looked great. Easy to get to grocery store, hikes, local attractions but honestly we just loved sitting on the deck reading and playing games (tons of those in the house as well). Very clean as well. Highly recommend and would visit again."

"Great location, near the center of town. Staff was helpful & accommodating. We even received an upgrade when we checked in. While there, they were servicing the fire alarm system, but it was during the day (very noisy). The Hetitage is an aging property (been there since the 70s I think). Some of the furniture is worn. But, beds were comfortable, rooms were spotless & they make the most of a lovely setting. Nice fluffy towels! Outdoor Pool area was being readied for Memorial Day, so it wasn’t opened yet. Looked beautiful. Sorry to miss that. Definetly stay there our next visit. Best in the area, good value for the cost. Nice bar/tavern on the property. Food was decent, prices fair, staff friendly. "
