Welcome to a private waterfront property with unobstructed views of summer sunsets. The property is located on a secluded, dead end street and located on one of RI's nicest ponds, with water access to the ocean and less than a mile away from one of the State's best beaches.

- The backyard leads to a private dock, which is perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing (2 kayaks and fishing rods available to renters).
- The house includes an outdoor grill, picnic table, fire pit, cornhole and croquet set for guest use.
- Indoor activities: Ping-pong, foosball, board games and dartboard. The main living areas (kitchen, dining room and great room) have been fully renovated (2022). The house sleeps 8 and has private parking for 6 cars (including 2 garage parking spaces). >Property is within 2 miles of a half-dozen restaurant/diner/take-out locations (incl. Dunkin' Donuts) and a National Wildlife Refuge.

Amazing views day/night from this house!

We stayed at this location and the views from the house are so worth the stay. You can just sit there all day staring at the water. The sunsets are literally across the water every evening and stars are so bright at night! The home was located close to many attractions like Block Island, Newport, Golf Courses, shopping and beaches. The home is older and has some unique features but it suited our family get together perfectly. We would stay again.

Our trip was with 6 women for girls weekend!! The house was great. Plenty of beds, plenty of room to not feel crowded and we stayed on the deck crabbing. We would definitely come back again.

The house is large and comfortably fit our family. The pond access and dock were great for kayaking and paddle boarding. Neighbors were friendly. We hope to rent this house again as it was perfect for our family vacation.

The Perfect Summer Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect for our family! The house, dock & views are absolutely stunning, especially when the family of swans are out feeding on the Pond. The locations was perfectly central for the activities we had planned. We especially appreciated the added kayaks, games, fire pit, etc that allowed us to make the most of our family time!

The house was wonderful, and the setting was beautiful. It was warm when we arrived, but when we opened the windows the breeze cooled the house off immediately. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy big meals together. We had a great vacation. I highly recommend.

Peaceful Winter Break!

We enjoyed our long weekend winter break here. It is a spacious home and we were very comfortable- including our dog. We were worried it may be cold due to all the windows, but it was very cozy even when the temps dropped into the teens. The views are spectacular- we saw lots of wildlife, including Deer! Highly recommend this house for a family getaway!

Hidden Gem ⚓️

This house was so worth the money! Location was amazing ! Right on the water . Filled with tons of things to do for the whole family . Ping pong table, corn hole, kayak’s ,fishing poles ,crochet and board games ! So much room to spread out with the family and friends. Close to so many beaches . Loved the outdoor shower . Great find!

Breathtaking view!

The view from the deck is amazing! Property is super clean. Only negative is that stairwell should be scraped and repainted because I got a splinter in the railing and mattresses could be updated. We had a wonderful time however. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Family Vacation

Property was as described. While we did not have the best weather, the beauty of Green Hill Pond was stunning. A quick paddle over to the beach was always fun. The kids loved crabbing off the dock. We bought our dinghy with us which was a blast going around the pond. Evenings were spent around the fire pit with lots of laughter and memories made. In near by neighborhoods you have the Ocean Mist for a yummy breakfast. The Matunuck Oyster is amazing, make sure to make reservations well in advance. A huge plus was that we were able to bring our Lily (dog).

Awesome views

We lucked out with perfect weather this week (warm during day, cool at night), which made the house comfortable with windows open and fans (no A/C), but could see how it could get pretty warm. Loved sitting on the deck each morning with a beverage, taking in the views and wildlife. Enjoyed kayaking, crabbing, beach nearby, fire pit and more. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. House was clean and spacious. Only mishap was with lockbox and slider screen, but owner was very responsive. We all enjoyed the time spent at this location, and those that dropped in to visit, didn't want to leave!

A Wonderful Mini-cation on Green Hill Pond

We had such an enjoyable mini-cation at this lovely cottage on Green Hill Pond! It was raining for our first two days, but we were right on the water and could watch all the birds swooping about, as we read our books. Wednesday and Thursday we had absolutely perfect weather - lots of sunshine and mid 60's. We were tempted to take out the kayaks, but took a number of enjoyable walks throughout the neighborhood and parks instead. The house was very clean and had everything we needed (and more). There's nothing more enjoyable than having water views and we "soaked up" every moment. Our little cavalier spaniel also greatly enjoyed her stay. We definitely plan to return!!

Great stay in southern RI

Loved our long weekend birthday trip! The house was perfect-relaxed, and so easy to have our pup there without worrying about the floors or furniture. We loved the balcony and fire pit. It was mesmerizing just to sit and look at the amazing view in our one rainy day. Kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable. The rental, although dog friendly, was sparkling clean. We hope to be back next year!

Spring Girls Weekend

We stayed for a long weekend and loved the house and kayaking on Green Hill Pond. The water views from the main living area are great. The kitchen had everything we needed except a teapot, but a small pot worked fine. The beds were very comfortable. Looking forward to another trip here next year!!

A thanksgiving to remember!

We had the most wonderful time staying at the home for thanksgiving! Truly everything about the home is incredible. The space is clean and bright and perfect for a family. Paul was so attentive and the check in was a breeze. We cannot wait to return in the summer to really enjoy the outdoors!

The property had everything we needed and was very clean. It is a great place to hang your hat while viewing the local communities. If one plans to lounge inside it does not really lean in that direction. The sunsets on the back deck and water views are just amazing!!!
