Perfect Summer South Lake Tahoe Cottage

It is a perfect summer/fall South Tahoe cottage. Two bedrooms. It has a large bathroom. Sauna. Nested in large trees with a nice garden. Beautiful shaded porch that is perfect to sit out in the summer and fall. Private - On a corner lot on a quiet street with no neighbor behind. It is just a short walk to a number of restaurants, brew pubs and stores. Samurai Sushi, Cold Water Brewery, Scusa Italian, Blue Dog Pizza are a minute away. Walk or bike to Lake Tahoe. Eldorado Beach is close so you don't have to drive and worry about parking.

One king bed, one full bed. Paved parking spot off road. Wifi. It has a washer/dryer and a full sized kitchen. 30 DAY MINIMUM rental per SLT regulations.
