The Space: This retreat is seriously stunning! Our favorite part is the fact that it backs right up to the forest. In this particular neighborhood located right off Pioneer trail, you have access to miles and miles of walking and biking trails right out your back door. Not to mention, the North Upper Truckee river for splashing around is just a short walk away. This home is perfect for those wanting to unwind in style. Take an early morning walk to the river, and hang out by the firepit in the evening.

HOME SPECIFICS - Owner is allergic to pets so no dogs or cats or any kind are allowed. - Entryway waterfall works intermittently. It requires a special kind of water. There is a switch for it on the wall but please don’t let kids play with it. - This home has hydronic heating which takes a while to heat up. We leave it at 65+ for your arrival then you will want to turn up all 3 thermostats to your liking. - The upper deck off the laundry room sometimes leaks into the kitchen in heavy snow years. Please let us know if this happens. - This home has a smoke alarm system that will automatically alert the fire department so if you set off the smoke alarms open windows, turn on fans and wave a towel in front of them right away.
TAHOE RENTAL ORDINANCE The following laws were set forth by the county and apply to every home in Tahoe. They were put in place to keep Lake Tahoe an enjoyable and safe place to visit for years to come! 1. The hot tub cannot be used after 10pm (if this home has one) 2. 10pm - 8am is the county quiet time for all rentals. 3. Trash cannot be left outside and must go into the bear box. 4. We cannot host extra people or allow parties. 5. We cannot accomodate extra cars, parking on the street or dirt. PLEASE NOTE: Neighbors may alert the police who will issue fines to guests found to be in violation. In order to protect this owner’s permit we do reserve the right to ask guests to leave this home. This is a very rare occurrence and one we hate doing so we do our best to warn our guests before it comes to this. 6. The number of overnight occupants shall not exceed two persons per permitted bedroom. Children six years of age or older are counted towards the occupancy limits.
Interaction with Guests: You will check in by going right to the home using our keyless entry system. Your door code is the last 4 digits of your booking phone number followed by the check mark button that will activate at 4pm. Make sure to pull the door toward you when you put the code in to ensure the deadbolt is aligned. We have a 24 hour customer care team and a local team available during business hours.

We had a wonderful stay, very comfy house plenty of room for everyone. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay at this house again. Very clean and had everything we needed.
This home is beautiful and clean, I loved staying here for my birthday weekend with my friends. It’s even bigger than the pictures portray! It’s peaceful with no houses behind and the backyard is well taken care of and private. Lovely neighborhood with even some bear sightings! Would love to stay here again and again whenever I come up from Sac!
We absolutely loved this beautiful home. This house was built with quality materials and furnishing's are very nice and comfortable. Amenities are great. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Landscaping is well maintained and so pretty. House is in a great family friendly neighborhood and located close to everything. We love vacationing in Tahoe and we would be so happy to stay here again.
I adored this home! We all loved this property! So spacious, the photos don't do it justice, we had plenty of space for 7 adults, we were attending a wedding so it was easy for us to all get ready at the same time. The house is clean and inviting, all instructions and tips were easy to understand and the rental community were great with communications. The location is about 10 min from everything in SLT. Quiet family neighborhood with lovely hike/bike trails right outside the backdoor!
Overall our stay was great! The home is HUGE! It was perfect for our group of 6 and could likely fit more people although you’d run out of beds. This is also perfect for the winter as the house was super comfy and warm! Swore I felt heated floors! Easy communication and it’s very close to everything. My only issues were that there weren’t enough towels for everyone, there was no soap in the bathrooms for showers, and the washer and dryer didn’t turn on. Normally I wouldn’t mind the washer dryer but because we were skiing and had to dry our clothes we weren’t able to use them.
