Maximum overnight guests- 8 Max Occupancy does not include children 5 yrs or younger

The primary renter needs to meet a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.
At booking guest must provide all primary guest contact information including Name, Email and Phone number.

Renter must fully complete, initial and sign the rental agreement sent to them by owner and return it to the owner within 3 days of booking or your booking will be cancelled as required by house rules and VHR Permit.

Violation of the El Dorado County Rental Ordinance is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. No excessive noise allowed at any time.

Renter shall fully comply with rental agreement and check in/ check out instructions. Including not make any alterations in or about the Premises.

Yearly football

Every year the same weekend a group of friends rent a cabin for 3 nights. this is a very quiet neighborhood. Nice house plenty of rooms to sleep and a open kitchen/family/dinning area to gather. Good spot and have stayed there a few times with our group of friends.

A lot of fun! Plenty of space for 8 people and hot tub and pool table were fun. Also very close to the lifts, just about a 10 min drive or less

Stayed here with some friends. The property was clean and the owner Matt was easy to reach. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and a short Uber ride to bars/restaurants.

Swift vacation

We were in the Tahoe area for a family reunion. This house was a very nice house to relax and unwind. Great for each person to have a comfortable bed to sleep in. It was very convenient with all the cooking spices and pantry goods. Also having laundry soap was very helpful. We really enjoyed the stay.

Great place for families or friends week on the mountain. 2nd year in a roll we stayed here. We absolutely love it, hot tub and close to town! Kirkwood only 50 mins away, go check it out!

Beautiful home in great location

Stayed for 3 night's and the house exceeded our expectations, everything listed was accurate. Close to Stateline, neighbors we're very friendly, window views where amazing when looking out at the snow, and everything we needed was there including bbq, hot tub, and pool table to make for a perfect family vacation. I would highly recommend starting here!

Relaxing in South Lake Tahoe

Beautiful house, very clean, well stocked. Our group was two families with 4 teenagers combined. It was a great size for our group with comfortable common space as well as enough bedroom space for everyone to have privacy. It was great to have 3 bathrooms! Nice to have hot tub after ski days!
