• The home will be prepared with a starter supply of items such as soaps and paper products. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies after arrival.
Local Regulations
• Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County take rental compliance very seriously. Please review the rules outlined in your rental agreement to avoid fines or enforcement visits.
Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded.
• Street parking is prohibited.
• Outdoor areas of the home may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be placed in designated bear-proof containers or dumpsters (locations posted on the fridge).
Please note:
Pets: 1 dog allowed with pre-approval and fee. No other animals. Crate required if left unattended. No dogs on furniture or beds. Excessive barking or neighbor disturbance not allowed. Guests pay for extra cleaning or damage caused by pets.
