Unobstructed 180-degree views of the lake, a chef’s kitchen, private patio with high-end grill for experiencing Tahoe’s amazing sunsets set this sumptuous home for 6 apart. Part of the exclusive PEAK group, this luxury air-conditioned lakefront property has been designed with meticulous attention to detail. You’ll also enjoy mattresses from the Four Seasons hotels, Frette linens and the privacy of an exclusive gated community.

The kitchen is a chef’s paradise, with everything from high quality knives & cookware, to stainless steel Viking appliances, and all the tools you need to prepare a great meal at home. Immediately outside on your private patio you'll find a DCS grill & outdoor furniture where you can enjoy drinks, dinner & incredible sunsets.

All bedrooms have mattresses from the Four Seasons hotels and Frette Linens. The master bathroom is a retreat of its own with heated floors, a jacuzzi tub & steam shower.

Easy access to Heavenly Mountain, boat/water sport rentals next door, the unique ability to walk to shopping and restaurants… when you include your stay at your own private retreat with 180 degree views of Lake Tahoe, it is clear there is no better location for your visit to Tahoe.

Within Sierra Shores’ beautifully landscaped gated property you can experience the hot-tub, heated pool (open during the summer months), and fitness center. Outside your door is an expansive lakefront lawn area, perfect for everything from sunbathing to frisbee, with direct access to Lake Tahoe & a beach when water level permits.

It’s important to note that a vacation rental experience isn’t just about the home itself, it's also about customer service & amenities. Nothing Short of Spectacular!

This property is absolutely amazing! The location, the furnishings, the cleanliness and the view are all perfect! The property management and on site manager are all so attentive. They checked on us upon arrival to make sure all was well and checked on us prior to departure for the same reason. I've traveled to Lake Tahoe many times, but this trip is by far the best.

Amazing cabin on the lake

The property and views were breathtaking. The house was gorgeous and we had so much fun snowmobiling, taking gondola rides, and experiencing all the sights and great places to eat. We can’t wait to come back.

Amazing location and home

This home is beautiful and comfortable. Love the Master Bathroom with the heated floors and steam shower! Wish the tub was bigger (for two people). The living room, dining room, and kitchen are nicely appointed and, of course, you can't go wrong with that gorgeous view of the Lake!

Great property for our adult children. Everyone had a room and private bathroom. Kitchen is well stocked for home cooked meals. Linens and towels are top notch. The view was amazing. Great location away from the crowds with bus service available to the gondola for skiing. 100% recommend.

Ideal Location with Fantastic lake views

Outstanding lakefront property - couldn't get much closer. The unit is well-equipped with all high-end upgrades. The only negative is the tight parking conditions. Recommend to avoid bringing a larger vehicle as the garage space is very small and the limited on-site parking can be difficult to navigate. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Whether you are outdoors on the patio or indoors at the kitchen table or the couch, you have million dollar views. The condo had every amenity we could possibly want. Location, location, location. It is close to everything you want and need. We will definitely return again! The only recommendation is that the wall outlets be replaced with GFCI outlets so that hairdryers can be plugged in and used in the bathrooms.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay, due to the location on the lake, outside dining space, and proximity to shopping and restaurants. The living area was comfortable. The downsides include uncomfortable beds, dirty floors and low light in the master bath. The King sunk in on both sides and the thick piece of foam atop the mattress made it sleep very hot. Other sleepers didn’t love their beds either. The kitchen floor tile is heavily textured and overdue for a deep clean. The master bathroom ceiling light has burnt out bulbs making it nearly impossible to see well or apply make-up. The pool had algae, making us leery of using the hot tub, and one of the dining room cabinet doors fell off when I opened it. Overall it worked, but could use some attention.

We always choose to stay at Sierra Shores booked through RnR Vacation Rentals because the RnR team is professional and responsive to our needs/questions and the luxurious Sierra Shores townhomes are right on the lake. There are so many other reviews that say the same thing. We like all the different units - one just has to decide if they need a 3 bedroom or a 4 bedroom. Each townhome is sited to look out on the beautiful lake. We will keep coming back.

A Dream Wedding for Bailey and Nate

Reviewer Comments: Our great nephew and is now wife after knowing each other the last 15 years took place at South Lake Tahoe, their special place. Our niece found our accommodations so most of both families and friends rented units. We stayed in Unit 15 a three bedroom, three bathroom lower floor on the lake unit. When we pulled in, we were greeted by the nicest funniest manager. Sorry I’m bad with names. He immediately got us a luggage cart and helped us load everything up. We walked into our rental and were first taken back by the stunning lake. Unit #15 was more than we could have expected. Beautifully decorated an amazing fully stocked kitchen and lovely bedrooms. We were able to enjoy lounging on the patio together for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. It couldn’t have been a better experience.
