"The apartment was well equiped, very clean and communication very easy and immediate. If I could give more stars for location I would. Elizabeth line and DLR very close. Station very new, clean and nice helpful employees. Couldn’t ask for better restaurants and pubs easy walk from apartment. We visited them all...Dial Arch and The Guardhouse favorites. We are two women and we always felt very safe walking in this neighborhood at night. Nice french patisserie also very near. A few well stocked...

"Favorite hotel so far! Love the breakfast, our waitress was amazing... she would remember our orders from the day before (I think her name was Mariam... she went above and beyond! ) Our room was very spacious and clean. Bed was super comfortable and the service was excellent. Might go back to London just to stay at this hotel! "

"Great location. Bright, fresh lobby decor. Color changing lights in the bathroom were fun. Bed comfortable. Had issues with the room temperature—it kept saying it was 64 degrees F but it sure felt hotter. Wouldn’t let us go any lower. Toilet 1/2 worked. When we first arrived staff was a little short with us, but after that everyone was very cool and helpful. "
