"Made to wait until 3pm to check in which was the policy but ended with overcrowding of people waiting around the lobby and waiting areas and then wait time to check in as backlog of people to check in .. felt amateur , disorganised and unfriendly approach to customers "

Front desk ladies, Precious and Aleea were so personable and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable… Anna the front desk and room services manager went above and beyond to make our stay perfect after a minor hiccup with our reservation upon our arrival.
