I came from IL and Google maps did have some issues navigating because the hotel is one of several buildings in a large center w many parking garages plus on a one way street. Nice restaurant with good food in the hotel but it was the only choice, would have been nice to have another restaurant or 2. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Jun checked me in, excellent as always. My room was on the first floor, and not large, but well laid out. There was a tear in the hem of my pillowcase, but a small thing and just a note. I do love the Kensington. "
