"Everything is perfect "

"This was our third time here, and as usual it did not disappoint!! Lots of sitting areas inside and out, and one of the best appointed kitchens we can remember ever having! Short walk to the water which we greatly appreciated! The fishing was good for May, too!! Tami and Kevin are delightful hosts. Ask Tami about her “Magic Lotion” which she makes herself. Still using it ! It works on achy joints! Looking forward to visit #4!!"

"First impression is that the "hotel" is run down and abandoned. Hotel advertises a bar on site, the bar was shut down with no one around. Had to call two phone numbers provided at the reception desk before someone picked up and told me they were coming down. When the clerk showed up he said "I only have one room for one person" despite the fact that online my reservation was clearly advertised to be for two people; and both my husband and I were in front of him. He kept insisting to "go have a look", and kept repeating " I have one room". No mention of upgrading to a different room was also made in person, while there seemed to be options online. The whole situation seemed very sketchy, and the "hotel" seemed very unsafe. When I asked for a refund as I had pre-paid, he said : " I wouldn't charge you" and turned around and ran inside the elevator even though my husband and I were still talking to him. I had to call Expedia and get a refund through them. The most unprofessional and rude interaction I've had in my life. "

"Enjoyed our stay, unfortunately it rained so couldn’t enjoy the outside space. "

"We were welcomed with fresh eggs and bread. Melissa was amazing to work with and anything that came up. She addressed quickly. It was on beautiful piece of property, access was great. Wish we could’ve stayed longer but everything is well kept for a 200 year-old house! It was the experience I wanted our family to have!"

"This is my go to hotel when I'm visiting family. The staff are always friendly. Rooms are always clean. It's just a great place to stay.."
