"The kitchen looks good in pictures but nothing in it to cook with, no sharp knives to do prep. Only 1 spoon and we asked multiple times but the desk clerk kept saying he didn't have time. So we had 1 spoon, 2 forks, 2 bowls for cereal, 2 plates, 2 glasses but NO mugs for hot drinks, no utensils to cook with. There were not any appliances - NO toaster, NO coffeemaker, Not a single pot or bowls - they said we would need to Purchase a pot package for 25.00! They did not provide liquid dish soap for handwashing dishes so we had to buy that. Only 1 kitchen towel - no wash cloths for the sink or dishes! Only 1 small soap was provided in the bathroom and they said we would have to use that in the shower and in the kitchen as well so had to buy some soft-soap for the kitchen! The customer service was terrible with the guy that checked us in. We were having a problem with the Internet and he said he didn't have time to help us and there was no on else to ask. He was there alone and he didn't know how to help. I tried to tell him the problem he said he had other customers to deal with and hung up on me!There was no luggage rack for suitcase. There were no drawers in the kitchen so didn't have anywhere to put clean utensils or plasticware. He said just use the dishwasher to store every thing but we didn't want to put back in there as it looked dirty! Had to just lay out on a towel. He gave us some hot paper cups after complaining but only gave us a couple! Don't stay here!Not worth it"

"What stay? The hotel didn’t have my reservation. They said they are having issues with 3rd party booking sites and didn’t have my reservation. I showed them my confirmation number that hotels.com provided but they said that it wasn’t “their” confirmation number. It was 8pm and I had to find another hotel because they were sold out. I will never use hotels.com again!"

"Clean room. Fitness room. Great indoor pool and tub. Great breakfast with good selection of Continental plus cheese omlettes and sausages. Fantastic area with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Chose this area to be closer to the zoos and museums. This is an excellent hotel. Would stay again."

"This was our second stay at Tom's, and we will certainly be back. The accommodations are very clean and quiet. The location was perfect for skiing both canyons. The unit was very well equipped - we had everything we needed and more. The walking trail right in the neighborhood was a bonus. Thank you for the great stay!"

"Staff was friendly however there were dogs in the room down the hall who barked constantly. Room was clean just very hard to get a good nights sleep because of the dogs."

"The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious, and even looked nice. The HVAC worked very well for both heating and cooling, and was not too loud. The bathroom was large and the tub and shower even had 3 different sprayers, two were handheld. The technician was awesome, and explained the whole TV problem. And after learning we were staying there because it wasn't far from the clinic where I had received a medical procedure and needed to mostly stay off my feet for 48 hours, he got two of the ladies on staff involved to provide us the workaround, and a gift bag and offer more pillows, all of which truly helped us feel better about the whole situation, despite being without TV the first day. Breakfast was excellent, providing hot scrambled and cold boiled eggs, hot fried potato slices, hot turkey sausage, waffles, hot oatmeal, pastries, and other traditional breakfast foods. The hot tub was wonderful (although the pool was too cold for our enjoyment.)"
