Aquarius 7th Floor Spectacular Beachfront View From Both Balconies, Pool & Spa!

Condominium’s community pool, brand new grills, and picnic areas, with nightlife and family-friendly attractions a short walk away. Please contact Christine McWilliams at least two days prior to arrival for required check-in instructions; phone: 210-264-9998.

IMPORTANT: The Aquarius HOA sets guest limits based on city, county fire, safety, and occupancy ordinances.

Occupancy limit is 4 which includes newborns, babies, infants, and toddlers.

There are no exceptions to exceed the guest limit during your stay. Non-registered guests are not being allowed in the building or in the condo at this time.

Any violation to the guest limit, including building rules/regulations, you will be asked to leave. If asked to leave due to an infraction, you forfeit all rental fees and deposits paid, without refunds or credits.

SUMMER GUESTS: For your safety, and the safety of building occupants, all guests, age 10+ are required to wear a wristband upon arrival. The wristband is at no cost to you, unless lost. Any registered guest not wearing a wristband in the building, is required to purchase a replacement wristband at your cost.

We absolutely loved this condo!! So cute with amazing views. We were right in the middle of everything. Even though we had a car, you can walk to everything. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Definitely would recommend.

Great location and view

My husband and I spent 8 days in South Padre and throughly enjoyed our visit. The condo is nice and the beds are comfortable, but the best thing about this condo are the amazing views from the balcony, and close proximity to a beautiful beach. There is a full kitchen that is well equipped and has been updated. The grounds were immaculate and the pool area was very nice and inviting. A very enjoyable stay!

Great Padre rental!

Everything was as stated in the listing. The unit was clean, in a great location and was well-equipped. Communicating with the owners was easy. Would definitely stay there again!

Clean and neat condo

This unit was immaculate and even smelled great, which is rare for a rental. The beds were comfy and the view was very nice. Super close access to the beach, we passed on the pool because it was too crowded. Overall my family enjoyed the stay and will definitely keep it on our list to stay again!

Great views and beach access at beautiful condo in SPI

We loved the view and the access to the beach! We had a balcony in the living room and in both bedrooms and both bathrooms had a shower. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was fabulous and warm. Staff at the front desk were super friendly. There is a gated parking area right out front. We loved our stay here and would come back if we visited the area again. The owner arranged a time to call us to discuss everything beforehand. I really appreciated talking to her. You will love it here too!

Great accommodations and beach provisions

My 2 teenaged children and myself stayed in the unit. The condo unit was recently remodeled so everything was brand new, exceptionally clean and well-appointed. The owners thoughtfully designed the condo for a beach environment, making our stay effortless. They provided beach supplies such as high-quality chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, and ice chests, which allowed us to pack lightly for the trip. The unit's living room is a tad small but we didn't spend much time there and didn't need a lot of room. The brand new kitchen was perfection! The position of the condo allows for beachfront view from the living room balcony and bay view (overlooking other buildings and street)from the bedroom balcony. I would have preferred that the condo complex were a tad closer to the beach and we were on a lower floor so I could feel closer to the beach, as well as having a deeper balcony with more of an overhang to guard against the sun, but this wasn't a dealbreaker. I will note that the AC did break, but the owner had already sent a personal message checking on us, so I was able to reply and communicate with them re: the AC problem. They were very apologetic and friendly and had it addressed within a couple of hours. It wasn't an inconvenience for us at all but thought I should mention in all fairness. My only true complaint is with the overall condo complex. It's fine and adequate but nothing exceptional. However, they had the worst boardwalk I've ever encountered for a beach front property so BE PREPARED with shoes because your feet will burn! They use black rubber mats that only extend halfway down the board walk. I've never seen black mats used before. Not only are the mats ineffective but they don't even extend the whole way so after the sun beats down for a couple of hours making the sand hot, you need to be prepared to run or have decent shoes on. On the plus side, the condo complex has beach umbrella/chair rentals directly in front and the overall location of the condo complex is conveniently located near other beach activities and restaurants. Any disappointment we felt with the boardwalk or overall condo complex wasn't enough to discourage us from returning because the condo unit itself couldn't have been any better other than a few silly nitpicking issues. My kids loved it and said they prefer this place over other places we have stayed in South Padre. Given the what you get for the price, we plan to return

The condo was absolutely perfect! Everything we needed for a wonderful weekend at a family reunion/girlfriend getaway! The hosts spent a lot of time and effort on making sure that all the essentials were there for a very comfy stay, the decor was darling and we found they supplied things that other condos do not like beach towels, hats, games, etc. We would definitely book here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this location. Before we arrived, I had a courtesy call with Christine and she provided helpful details and information for our overall stay. Upon arrival, the condo was extremely clean! The condo building and grounds are also very clean and the staff are very friendly.This property is in a beautiful location and has incredible views of the beach and the bay. We have stayed at this property before but were on the 3rd floor - being able to find this unit on the 7th floor was a score! We will definitely come back to Christine's unit!The proximity to the beach and the walkway access make it so easy to head to the beach and quickly pop back to the condo if needed without feeling like you have to pack up all of your belongings.The condo has all the little extras you would need for a little beach getaway - I highly recommend this location!

Fantastic!!

Let me start by saying that we are from the local area and have stayed at many rental properties. This condo is simply fantastic! When we arrived, we immediately noticed the cleanliness. Yay! (Wife is always worried about this ) Two balconies offering a beautiful view of the gulf and the causeway. Want to see how busy the beach is, condition of the water, traffic on the causeway, traffic on Padre Blvd… the balconies give you a full scope of the surroundings. The outdoor patio furniture is top notch. Beds are very comfortable. A/C cools the unit down very well and the powered sun shades are a bonus to help with cooling and keeping the unit dark in the early morning hours. Full size refrigerator killed it at keeping beverages cold (One of my worries…lol) and kitchen was fully stocked. Oh, and the towels were heavenly . Complex is managed 24/7 at the front desk, giving you a peace of mind that unauthorized guests will not be an issue. Gated parking keeps your vehicle safe. Multiple umbrella rentals located within walking distance. Can’t say enough about this property. We’re a family of three and the space was perfect for us. A Definitely looking for this unit at our next stay on SPI.

This was a beautiful condo. Nicely decorated, well stocked, comfortable beds with 2 bathrooms and showers. The view is amazing and the grounds are clean and well kept. Security gates were appreciated. Walk to beach convenience. Highly recommend.
