Relax on the patio in the evening and enjoy the sound of the ocean and the peacefulness provided by a very special condominium in a very special place. We enjoyed our 10 days on South Padre Island. This unit was everything we wanted in a beach side condo. It had a great beach and ocean view. It was well stocked with extras. It was a clean and comfortable place. Sea Vista is very well kept and a nice facility .

Beautiful condo. Always has everything you need. Very clean and inviting.The grounds and well kept with a gated entry. Beach is just steps away! Who could ask for anything else! We enjoyed the restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

This was our first time staying in South Padre and the view from the unit was amazing. It was stocked with everything that you would need. I liked that it had private beach access. The whole experience was great and would recommend staying here.

AWESOME GET AWAY!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was clean and well-equipped, and the view from both the balcony and master bedroom were breathtaking. Mother nature also put an amazing display with a waterspout visible in the distance. The fireworks display at Louie's Backyard were a sight to see. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to our friends and family.

My family and I enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Condo was clean, had a great view of the beach, and checking in and out was easy. Location and access to the beach was very nice. Owner was gracious and good at communicating with me. He answered questions I had before our arrival, as well as during and after our stay as there was a hurricane forecasted towards the island the last day of our trip.

Another great vacation

We arrived a little early, so we ended up exploring the island for an hour. But check-in was really easy. The condo was very clean and had all needed utensils for the cooking we needed to do. The beds are comfy and the view is amazing.

Perfect location for family

We're a family of looking for a long weekend at the start of spring break. This condo was perfect and great location. I've stayed in many condos and this condo had everything you need from beach chairs, beach towels, and so many things you normally have to bring. I'll definitely stay here again!

Beautiful vista!

The view out the windows was spectacular! We watched the sun rise and enjoyed the view of the water and the soothing sounds of surf throughout the day. The kitchen and basics are well stocked and the furniture was comfortable. The property owner was good to work with when we had to adjust our arrival day and allowed us to extend the stay on the other end of the trip.
