Guests have access to the beautiful pool and relaxing hot tub plus a small workout room with a ping pong table. Three BBQ grills are available with covered picnic tables. WiFi is available as well as 24 hour front desk service.

During peak season, ALL renters, with the exception of property owners, MUST wear wrist bands AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON PROPERTY.
Replacement Wrist Bands: $50/per person.
The owners of Aquarius Condominiums welcome you to our building! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.
1. Parking ~ is limited to 1 vehicle per unit inside the gate. Please park any additional vehicles outside the gate in public parking spaces. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.
2. Occupancy ~ Our condo maximum capacity is NO MORE than 4 guests. There must be at least one adult 30 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy. ONLY registered guests may utilize the complex amenities.
3. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. in the common areas, hallways, balconies porches, pool and parking lot is not allowed.
4. Balconies ~ No objects (cigarette butts, food for gulls, soda cans, beer cans etc.) are to be thrown from a balcony or corridors at any time for any reason. Nothing should be hanging in the railings. ** Management charges a $500.00 cleaning fee if your front balcony in front of your unit is soiled and/or littered. ** Please clean your area, sweep up sand, dirt, trash, etc.
5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed of by an adult in the large dumpsters on the sides of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.
6. Pets ~ Pets are not allowed in our building.
7. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Showers are located in the back of the pool yard. Also no water balloons are allowed in pool area.
8. BBQ ~ BBQ pits of any kind are Prohibited. Use ot the common BBQ pits is allowed.
9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.
