The very very best thing about the whole entire condominium is the terrace! It is huge, comfortable, and you are right on the beach! Just like the pictures!

We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay here at this beautiful location where we had everything we needed and its just steps away from the beach. But the balcony was our favorite place to relax watching the sunrise on the ocean. It felt like home away from home and we definitively want to come back and stay here again!

Excellent Location

Great Location. Super balcony overlooking beach.Unit is on the end which was nice. Kitchen had everything we needed. Unit could use some deep cleaning in kitchen & bath. We maybe light sleepers but the bedroom window needs blackout drape or blinds due to a lot of light coming in. Enjoyed our stay very much.

The property was good but Padre Island Rental Company was terrible. We got to the unit and the door code did not work. Called the number and it did not work, just hung up after 1st ring. Called repeatedly and same thing. Had to drive to Rental Company and the man behind the desk had on headphones so don’t know why he couldn’t answer the phone. After finally getting the correct code we got into unit. The next day, we noticed there was no electricity. Called management and someone finally came out to check. We were lied to about what was the problem and found out the electricity had been turned off to our unit and would not be resolved in a timely fashion. This was around 11:00 am. Were told we could move to another property about 2 miles away but couldn’t check in until 4 because unit was not clean. We finally cancelled the reservation and were told we would get a full refund. Bad management company!!!!!

We loved our stay at this beach condo. It’s truly on the beach, and waking up the those amazing sunrise views every morning was incredible. The space was clean, comfortable and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We would absolutely stay here again.

Nice balcony. Sofas not real comfortable because we have reclining sofa at home. But it was fine. Nice view of the beach and Clayton’s fireworks on Friday we took paper plates, etc. but the condo had all the things you need to cook and eat. I didn’t cook at all. But the kitchen was well equipped

Nice view of the gulf.Unit was clean.Beds were good.Sofa and loveseat were rather uncomfortable.Cockroach infestation upon check in..... pest control got that under control in a week or so.Unit is a bit dated could use some tlc

This condo on the 8th floor was the perfect, quite, relaxing getaway for a few days on the beach. The large balcony being on the end unit was my favorite place to hang out. I had a great view of the evening fireworks that were being lit just down the beach to the north.

Magic at the Island

I had an Amazing time staying here in South Padre Island. I couldn't have picked a better place to call home for a few days. I've been Missing the sounds of the waves and water since I left. I can only hope to be back again someday.
