100% Direct Beach Front 1 Bedroom Condo with Breath taking Views.

This condo is a rare find with all luxury updates and the closest to the beach. Amazing direct Gulf/Beach views from every room in this condo. Relax and enjoy the endless waves from the large 20' balcony. You can also watch the free firework show every Friday and Saturday night from the balcony (Summer time). This condo is one of the most popular condos in the condominium complex and books quickly.

This 1 bedroom/ 1 bath condo comfortable sleeps 4, Comfortable Sofa sleeper in the livingroom. The master bedroom has a king bed with beautiful furniture. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for your basic cooking needs. The Bathroom has double sinks and is separated from the toilet and shower. The condo is tastefully decorated with high end furniture and items that make you feel comfortable and at HOME. We strive to have cleanliness a priority and have high expectations to provide our guest with a great home away vacation. We do allow dogs under 25lbs with our approval with the additional pet fees. The complex offers 2 large pools and are heated during the winter.
This non-smoking 1 bedroom/1bath condo is 750sqft: sleeps 4 people comfortably with a King size bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This condo is 3rd floor with no Elevator, two set of stairs that are very easy. The condo is equipped with blender, coffee pot & keurig, microwave, Wi-Fi, 2 flat screen TVs, cable with 6 HBO and 4 ESPN channels, linens and bath towels. A guest laundry facility is provided on the property.

Water sports, beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available at the beach.

All you need to bring with you is swimwear, food, beach towels and beach gear to have a wonderful time in the aqua blue waters of South Padre Island. THERE REALLY IS A PARADISE IN TEXAS!

All the Island activities and attractions are a walk, drive or shuttle away. The Island shuttle stops in front of the complex and can take you anywhere on the island for free. Water activities include dolphin watch, boogie boarding, snorkeling and scuba, surfing and sailboat rentals. For the fisherman in the family, there is bay fishing, deep sea fishing, fishing at the jetties, pier, surf and fly fishing. Off-site bird and turtle watching and beach four-wheeling are popular island activities. Other activities include horseback riding and the Laguna Madre Nature Trail. Visit the historical Port Isabel or take a 30 minute drive to Brownsville to one of the top zoo's in the country—The Gladys Porter Zoo. Across the border is Matamoros, Mexico. For golfers, there is golf on the Gulf of Mexico at the South Padre Island Golf Club in Laguna Vista.

Amazing condo

The condominium was simply exceptional. The decor perfectly designed and up to date, the appliances up to date. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will seek to rent this space again in the future.

We really enjoyed the stay, would have given a full 5 star rating-but just a couple of really minor things -not one coffee filter -not a roll of paper towel -should be advertised that there are no beach towels-so make sure you throw some in your suitcase Again; just minor things but I thought worth mentioning

Perfect Location with Wonderful Views

The condo was exactly as described, and the host was very communicative. The view from the balcony was wonderful, and the location was perfect. Although the AC wasn’t working one night, the host had the maintenance crew address the issue within an hour. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I really appreciated the host’s prompt response and excellent communication. Highly recommend!

This is the BEST

We have been to SPI many times and in different condos; this was by far the BEST! We booked for a week at this lovely condo with Gulf and full balcony view. Everything that was presented and shown on VRBO was very accurate. Wished we could have had it longer, however, another luckily couple was coming in as we left. The area is very social and two good bar/grills are next door-Bar Louie and Clayton’s. The hosts were spot on for questions and took pride in their property. Will book again!

Perfect!!

This condo was by far my favorite in all the years I’ve been going to SPI. It’s the perfect location, perfect view, perfectly stocked and decorated, perfect hostess (when I couldn’t get the lock box open), perfectly matches its description, etc. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends and family. Thank you for providing a great place to stay on the island! :)

3rd time we’ve been at the Tiki

My husband and I and family have been coming to the Tiki since 2018. This time we got a condo facing the water. It was everything we were expecting. Loved waking up in the morning to drink coffee on the balcony and watch the beautiful ocean. Our sons and their families were staying in Tiki condos and were also happy with their stay. Our grandchildren loved the pool!! The updated condos were very nice and clean. Our owners were great!

Needs to be more welcoming

The condo was a great location, but we did not appreciate all of the negative notes through out. The note on the vacuum cleaner that there is a charge if the canister is not emptied was a little over the top. And there were others. The TIKI itself was wonderful.

So peaceful!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The condo was super cute. Everything looks fairly new inside and redone. It was very clean and the host’s were very responsive. The view is absolutely phenomenal! No reason to ever really have to leave. Just walk out on the balcony and there is the beach! The beach is very clean and well kept. Doesn’t get overly busy even on the weekends. We were there at the end of April though. It was still really humid and hot. It’s a very relaxing spot to be! Walking distance to multiple bars/restaurants that also sit right on the beach. There is an option for chair rentals right next to the condo. I would highly recommend this condo and we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time at the Tiki. This was our 3rd time staying at the Tiki and this condo is our favorite so far! You simply cannot beat the location/proximity to the beach and bars/restaurants/souvenir shop. The condo was spotless and very comfortable - the hosts were very responsive and everything was perfect - smooth from check-in to check-out - chef's kiss! We will be booking again!

Definitely the spot to be if you want to be right on the beach but still close to some night life!Mornings were super quite and serene! A very short walk to the beach. Loved the balcony area overlooking the beach and right by the pier! if you go during fireworks time it's right outside your back door!

Beautiful Condo on the beach

Perfectly decorated and we loved watching the ocean and the waves from the balcony. We liked being able to walk down the beach to a couple of nice little beach bars. Also liked walking to the Sea Turtle rescue and hospital just down the street. My only knock, and it is very common at a lot of VRBO’s is the lockbox. Once you put in the code you literally have to pry open the box with something ( I used my car key) in order to get it open. Overall we loved it here and would definitely come back.

Birding Hotspot

Best location for easy access to SPI Birding Center and other local birding hot spots during spring migration. Balcony view of ocean and steps away from the beach. Fireworks every Fri and Sat was fun! The villa is perfect and super comfy bed.

Exactly what we needed!

Perfect condo for the 2 of us! Very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was VERY comfy! Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Very relaxing with an incredible view from the balcony. We didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed well appointed. Onsite security was visible and very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and it was nice to come back at the end of the day and relax and watch the surf and the birds. Directly across from Sea Turtles Inc and that was very cool too! Communication from our host was timely and helpful. Checkin was a breeze. Be aware that it IS a 3rd floor unit with no elevator but that’s what gives you the great view! Would definitely stay again if we come back to SPI.
