About this Space
Gulfpoint condos is one of the best walk to beach condo complexes on South
Padre Island! This spot offers a secure entrance with 1 dedicated parking spot
under the building.
This is a super clean, bright & airy condo on the 3rd floor with a great
balcony that overlooks the pool area. The open concept kitchen is fully
equipped with all pots, pans, dishes, etc to make convenient & money saving
meals. This opens to the living area that features a pull out couch & all tile
floors.
The bedroom features 2 queen beds, as well as the condo having a full
bathroom. This property has an elevator as well.
Gulfpoint has public beach access you can walk to, don’t forget to bring a
wagon for your beach gear.

We do allow up to 6 total people to stay here, as there is a pull out couch.
Please understand this is not ideal on bedding for that many unless children.
You can have up to (1) dog with a $75 fee, though please review house rules on
a pet.
**Important Details**
Please contact us with any questiona prior to making a reservation—not
after—as we have a strict cancellation policy. We are fully disclosing this
before booking and require all guests to read and agree to all house rules, as
well as submit a Docusign rental agreement contract with a photo ID to age
verify.
We do offer off season discounts for stays over 4 nights Sept 2 to Dec 20th,
as well as active military & tackle football coach discounts. Just contact us
we would love to hook you up if you qualify.
We provide completely contactless entry via our E-locks, and operate locally
as South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd, South Padre Island, TX 78597. Door
code is provided by 3 pm to the cell phone on file via text message day of
check in. As professionally managed you can be assured of a very clean
property.
We do provide a basic starter of toiletries, soaps, trash bags dishwasher
pods, etc - though not replenished nor unlimited so please plan accordingly.
While we have the highest level of internet available from Spectrum, wifi
connection on the island frequently goes out – please make sure you are
aware of this as we cannot guarantee the ‘net’ – this is an Island ïŠ
Important: Please read, agree, and understand all house rules prior to
booking. We do not offer refunds after booking, so please ask questions
beforehand.
City of South Padre Short Term Rental License available upon request.
Gulfpoint Homeowners Association carries a variable scale for condo security
wristband fees. Currently, we have standardized this at a flat $20 per person.
Please note that during the month of March (Spring Break), the HOA requires a
$35 per person wristband fee, and this fee is non-refundable. For the rest of
the year, the wristband fee is refundable.
This is not our fee, but a Homeowners Association charge. If you prefer not to
pay us directly, you’re welcome to check in between 3 PM and 5 PM and pay
Security in cash at the property. Please note that they do not accept credit
cards.
For your convenience, we can always pre-collect the fee along with your
booking.

Main guest must be 25+ OR you are required to pay both the $500 refundable
