Upstairs, an open living, dining, and kitchen great room with vaulted ceilings keeps everyone together, while a private balcony looks out over the bay. Downstairs, a dedicated game room with a pool table and a second full kitchen makes it easy to entertain. Out back, a private fenced pool, covered patio, and grilling area turn the whole group loose under the South Padre sun. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and sleeping for up to 16, there is space for everyone to gather and unwind, with the beach just a short drive or walk away.

It flows easily into the kitchen and dining area, a natural place to gather for morning coffee, card games, or a movie after a beach day. Downstairs, a second living space pairs with the game room for even more room to relax and play.



Kitchen & Dining

Built for groups that like to cook, with two full kitchens to share the load. The main upstairs kitchen features ample cabinet space, a breakfast bar with seating, and a dining area that seats the whole group. A second full kitchen downstairs makes big gatherings and game nights effortless.



Game Room

The downstairs game room is a favorite gathering spot, anchored by a pool table and plenty of seating. With its own kitchen and French doors out to the pool, it is the perfect place for the group to spread out and have fun.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the upstairs living, kitchen, and dining areas, all four bedrooms and bathrooms, the downstairs game room and second kitchen, the balcony, the covered patio, and the private fenced pool and backyard. The garage is not included.

Self check-in is available via a lockbox, making arrival simple and flexible.

Free parking is available in the driveway for several vehicles. Street parking may be limited, so larger groups should plan to carpool where possible.

Ocean Overlook is in a quiet residential neighborhood on the bay side of South Padre Island, within easy reach of the Gulf beaches, restaurants, and island attractions. The setting is relaxed and family-friendly, with the best of the island just minutes away.



Getting Around:

South Padre Island is easy to explore. The beach is a short walk or about a five-minute drive from the home, and most island restaurants, shops, and attractions are a quick drive away. Golf carts are a popular way to get around and can be rented by the hour or day, and a free island shuttle runs along the main route. We recommend bringing a vehicle, as the home offers convenient driveway parking.



Other Things to Note:

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors.

• Pets are not permitted.

• Maximum occupancy is 16 guests. Only registered guests are permitted.

• This is a two-story home with interior stairs.

• The backyard is fenced, but the pool is not separately gated, so children should be supervised around the water at all times.

• Every reservation includes accidental damage protection for added peace of mind.

• Additional fees and taxes may apply to your reservation total.

• Please note that if your stay includes a Monday or Thursday, our scheduled pool maintenance team may arrive during the day to perform routine pool cleaning.
