IMPORTANT NOTICE –****STRICT CANCELLATION AND OCCUPANCY POLICY: BY BOOKING THIS PROPERTY, THE GUEST CONFIRMS THAT THEY HAVE READ, FULLY UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY. GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED $100 CANCELLATION FEE AND WILL RECEIVE A 95% REFUND ONLY IF THE RESERVATION IS CANCELLED AT LEAST 5 FULL DAYS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED CHECK-IN DATE. CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 5 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN WILL BE CHARGED A $100 CANCELLATION FEE AND WILL RECEIVE A 50% REFUND. SAPPHIRE CONDOMINIUM RULES AND REGULATIONS. By creating this reservation and/or staying in one of our properties located at Sapphire Condominium, the Guest acknowledges and understands that the Guest will be required to sign two forms acknowledging and agreeing to Sapphire Condominium’s rules and regulations. Those forms represent a separate contract, agreement, or commitment between the Guest and Sapphire Condominium and are not created, issued, controlled, or associated with GISO Vacation Rentals or the Host in any way. The rules and regulations are created and enforced by Sapphire Condominium, not by GISO Vacation Rentals or the Host. The Guest further agrees that if the Guest, any member of the Guest’s party, or any visitor violates any Sapphire Condominium rule and a fine, fee, penalty, or charge is imposed, the Guest will be fully financially responsible for paying that amount.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. For reservations at Sapphire Condominium, the Guest acknowledges and understands that Sapphire Condominium strictly enforces a maximum occupancy limit of eight (8) guests, including children and infants. No exceptions will be allowed. The Guest further agrees that exceeding the maximum occupancy limit is a violation of Sapphire Condominium rules and may result in denied access, removal, cancellation, fines, fees, penalties, or other charges, for which the Guest will be fully financially responsible.
Sapphire Policy during SPRING BREAK and HOLY WEEK: `At check in the concierge will ask for ID’s of all guests to confirm the renter and guests are a family living under the same household during their check in time. We will not allow check in if the renter does not meet these requirements. Family is considered only immediate (mother, father, daughter, son, and/or grandparents). Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.`

-Do not leave children unattended on the balconies
-Primary guest must be at least 30 years old. A valid ID is required at check-in.
-A MAXIMUM of 8 guests permitted, as per Sapphire Policy. Children of any age will be counted as a guest.
-ONLY registered individuals will be granted access to the property.
-ONLY owners are permitted to have visitors.
-No pets allowed.
-No candles allowed in the condo.
Please note: Sapphire guests do not have access to the pool area at Margaritaville. The restaurant and indoor bar are open to the public.
You may purchase a resort access pass from Margaritaville if you would like access to their pool.
