Outdoors, patio with a pergola and view of the beach offers a relaxing spot to chat, read a book, or listen to music and enjoy the sun The rental can sleep up to 10 guest .Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 full baths Town house on South Padre Island . The Master bedroom features a King size bed and a 55' Smart TV. The 2nd bedroom features 2 Queen beds and a 45" Smart TV. The 3rd bedroom features 1 bunk bed of single beds and and a Queen size bed. The living room area features a 65" Smart TV. This house has Wi-Fi and cable .The downstairs has a BBQ charcoal grill and a table and seating for cooking out. While there is no pool on site there are two heated pools and fitness center that the guest will have access to at SPI Golf Course located at 1 Golf house Rd. in Laguna Vista TX 78578.
