  • The Apartment complex, is split into 2 separate self-contained levels. Private entrances for 3rd level via elevator or stairs. Third floor is 1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, living room and balcony. The second floor is 1 bedroom, 1 bath, laundry room, with a gazebo on the beach. High speed internet (wifi) and cable included (one 55 inch tv and a 60 inch tv)

    The apartment complex has one gym, pool table, tennis courts, pool, and a accessible beach access.
    Schlitterbahn hotel is complete with BEACHFRONT RESTAURANT/BAR and salt water HEATED pool open to Gulfpoint Guests with purchase of food and beverage. Also a breathtaking open air ROOFTOP Bar and Restaurant open to Gulfpoint Guests!

Perfect family getaway!

The size of the property was perfect. We had 2 adults and 6 kids. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids busy. The beach was close enough to walk to then come back and have lunch. This is the first vacation or even short trip we have been on with all our kids that I never hear the words "I'm bored!" From any of our kids! Hector was easy to communicate with and very helpful if I had any questions. The only down side was the game room, workout center, and tennis courts were only accessible from 8-5 because you had to get the keys and game accessories from the office. I was told by the office They are working on key card access. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Wonderful Experience

Our family of 9 (Mom, Dad, 6 kids and a baby) had a wonderful stay at Hector's condo. We all fit comfortably thanks to the bunk beds and ample seating at the unit's 3 tables as well as the large sectional sofa. Having 2 bathrooms was also a great help, as well as being able to do laundry in the unit. Another reviewer complained about rickety furniture, but we found all the furniture to be sturdy and of good quality. The beds were very comfortable! It's a short walk to the beach or the pool, and a few minutes' drive to the lovely little town of Port Isabel which we also enjoyed exploring. Isabel's Café is definitely a must for all visitors to the area! The pool was a lot of fun for the whole family, with a large shallow area (the entire "loop" is 3.5 feet deep) as well as a 9 ft deep end. One drawback was that guests are required to purchase and wear plastic wristbands for the duration of their stay in order to gain access to the amenities. After a day or so we got used to them, so it wasn't a big deal, and we knew about this before we booked so it wasn't a surprise. All in all, we won't hesitate to stay here again in the future! Thank you Hector for a wonderful stay!

Family fun

The condo was very spacious just what my family needed and was equipped with everything we might've needed including beach toys. Very close to the beach. The property was very nice and well maintain. Staff was very friendly. Quick response.

Very nice condo

We had a great time and the condo was awesome. The amenities are good too but there's a security guard at the pool all the time telling you what you can/can't do. Meanwhile your car is in a parking garage with no security. Our beach tent got stolen right off the back of our vehicle in the 'secured' garage. The beach and everything else was awesome. The owner was very helpful and on top of everything. He even had a back up plan when we locked ourselves out of the condo 11 p.m..

We had a great time at the condo. Very well maintained and set up perfectly for group rental. Kids upstairs with their own area and adults have peace and quiet downstairs in a great retreat space. Both levels have balaconies. The kids enjoyed eating out on them each evening. Easy access to the beach. Beach and pool toys available for the kids to use. The owner communicated gate codes, key codes, and all other pertinent information in advance so we didn't have any issues when we arrived. We had an issue with the lock box and maintenance showed up right away to show us how to get it locked back up. Security deposit was refunded right away. We would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion would be with the kid friendly amenities, the condo may want to stock a few plastic plates/cups. The kids made me nervous taking the glass plates and glasses out on the porch to enjoy the view while eating.

Fantastic family friendly accommodations.

Great condo. Awesome pool, playground and beach access. The owner was great at communicating and helped make our stay very comfortable. We look forward to coming back!

DO NOT RENT!!!!

This guy had damage in the condo first off. Second, after we left he sent us messages saying he was keeping our deposit for false reasons. We then asked for evidence and he never responded and changed the story on us. In addition, he did said he filed a report with the trip insurances we paid for, however we called and they did not have a report filed. His beds are built terribly and broken when people slept on them.

Spacious, inviting condo with tons of amenities and very close to the beach.

My family and I had the best time at this wonderful condo. There are plenty of beds and downstairs is a master bedroom that is absolutely gorgeous. The two balconies have great views, making the island breeze that much more enjoyable. Hector is very friendly and answered all of my questions. He made himself available when I needed anything. I would love to stay here again. Also, my deposit was returned immediately and I really appreciated that. Thank you very much Hector!
