You'll find all the amenities including ample space for 8 guests featuring a living/dining area, fully appointed kitchen with walk-in pantry, master bedroom and bath and two quiet bedrooms sharing a full bath. The master bedroom and living areas feature a walk-out porch with Adirondack chairs for some beach side relaxation. This unit is particularly unique because of its proximity to the board walk leading to the beach and its floor-to-ceiling windows which present you a constant and magnificent view of the dunes and beach shore line. At sunrise you’ll surely enjoy dune flowers as they emerge with each sunrise. The unit is fully digital with wireless internet and internet enabled digital entertainment center. A laundry room has a large load washer/dryer and beach toys are available in the owner's storage unit. Fabulous beds and linens will ensure you enjoy the most restful sleep possible. A quiet and beautiful pool and tennis courts are available for you use -- just steps away from your unit. Sea Vista is the southern most property on the island next to a protected marine preserve yet close to the best restaurants on the southern harbor. We loved our stay at this condo! The beds were comfortable and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the hosts were extremely quick and helpful with any little thing we needed assistance with!

Beautiful sunrise! Right on a pristine beach. Private entrance to beach and gated community. We were there in March and somehow avoided the spring breakers. The location is excellent. Bedrooms well done. Kitchen well stocked. Beautiful in every way. What a blessing!

We loved how close we were to the beach, and the ability to use beach chairs/towels provided by the owners. The heated pool was a hit with our kids, and unit provided us everything we needed. Great place - would highly recommend!

A little slice of paradise

Location and views were spectacular. Condo was very well appointed, it had everything that we needed. Plenty of space for our 3 generation trip that included 2 couples and 2 adult children. Location on the island worked well for us. Would definitely consider booking this property again.

First time on So. Padre

Really good place to stay. This room's living area was smaller than i expected, but I didnt look at dimensions. The views and location were terrific. The kitchen was fine fir lots if cooking.
