Nice stay. Lacking Hilton attention to detail when it comes to room readiness. Missing soap in the bathroom, Kleenex, paper cups are not wrapped in plastic… this is just unsanitary. I had to call for an iron.

The reason my wife and I chose this hotel was because of the hot tub "promised" in the search. Guess what? They don't have one. The front desk attendant was very sympathetic and made up for it as best he could (offer to cancel the reservation, vouchers for free breakfast, room upgrade). Also, we were charged $50 more for the room than the Expedia reservation quoted. The room was clean, and the stay overall was nice, but apparently you cannot believe what you read on the internet. If we had gotten what we thought we were getting, the stay would deserve 5 stars.

The room was a little dirty when we got there. Drink rings and maybe food marks on the counter tops. Also dirty bed spread. We also had to call for towels and the room to be serviced. They said they were surprised that we were in there because no one was supposed to be booked in the Tower that we were in. Matthew, was at the front desk and was prompt at answering our request for fresh towels. Overall the room was ok.

We loved the hot cookies at check in. The pool is also inside not outside like it states on Expedia just to know. We use the gym and that was okay. But one of our lamps didn't work we were out of toilet paper and soap so we did have to call down for that immediately. The room was a little dirty looks like housekeeping might have missed something in our room. I don't think we would stay here again unfortunately.
