  • Beautiful 3 bedroom home, with ample space in South Portland, Maine. 10-minutes from the hospital, downtown Portland, Higgins Beach, Kettle Cove and Fort Williams. 15-minutes from Pine Point. Spacious fenced in backyard, with a covered porch, Solo stove, Weber grill and deck awning. Samsung Smart TV with streaming capabilities. Brand new top of the line refrigerator, washer/dryer and Avocado mattresses in two of the bedrooms. Work spaces available, high end appliances in the kitchen.
    No smoking anywhere on property. Quiet hours between 10pm - 8am. No pets.
