"The hotel was clean and spacious. The buffet was really great too. One thing that I was not expecting was the paid laundry. Most the other hotels that I have stayed in China offer free laundry... That being said, the location and hotel staff were so great that I would stay here again."

"The stay was fantastic everything from the comfortable room to the river views which one shouldn’t miss. The breakfast let us sample from the comfort of the hotel a local dish called Dan Dan noodles. Which I’m happy to say beat the ones I tried in the city. I can recommend enough staying here for more than two days the day trips really are worth it and the concierge service helped make it all possible. I’d like to give a special thanks to vagrent fu who made the stay as close to home as possible which truly is what all great hotels do."

"Absolutely lovely gem of a hotel. It's on a busy street and I was afraid that it would be loud but they have four layers of soundproofing that kept it very quiet. We were in the suite, which was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bed and comforter were very cosy, shower was good, there was wet-dry separation of shower and commode, very clean, lots of little amenities like room fragrance, eye masks, unlimited free water etc. Breakfast was huge and tasty, with both Chinese and Western options. The breakfast room, backyard garden and common areas (and the room) were decorated so aesthetically. The neighborhood is very walkable with lots of restaurants close by. All of the staff was so sweet and friendly. The reception staff also had an AI powered translator device that they used to communicate with us, which made communication so easy and convenient. I highly recommend staying at this hotel in Chengdu."

"THE ONLY ISSUE WITH THIS HOTEL IS TWO HOTEL S IN ONE BUILDING ONLY THREE LIFTS FOR THE WHOLE BUILDING THEREFORE WAITING TIME FOR LIFTS IS QUITE A WHILE. THE BREAKFAST ROOM IS TOO SMALL IF HOTEL IS FULLY BOOKED."

"Fantastic hotel! Everything about this hotel is ideal, from the design to the amenities and to the staffs. It doesn't even feel like a hotel, but a home away from home. I wish all the travellers ' hotels in the world are just this one. The food (it offers three meals a day and afternoon tea!). The food choices are abundant and well prepared. Every employee attends to you with the utmost patience and respect. Chengdu is a wonderful city to visit. This hotel will definitely make your stay a memorable one. Our special thanks to the front desk Lina. Her smile makes you forget the thousands of steps each day."
