"This property needs some attention before it gets a higher rating. All the walls need to be painted. Also, kitchen supplies could be more plentiful. There was no hand mixer and very few food containers for leftovers. The outdoor landscaping needed more attention. The house itself is comfortable and the water view is pleasant. It would be nice is kayaks were provided since the nearest rental was several miles away and we couldn’t use the nice docking area. The outdoor patio area is pretty and we enjoyed grilling. With more attention this could be a five star rental. "

Great fishing off the pier for the boys, a fantastic game room for the kiddos and tons of space to relax and a fully stocked kitchen to cook in for the rest of us. "Great rental property for a family. Driving distance from so many of the things you want to see in Annapolis and the amenities are close by (5-10 min) and a pretty quick jaunt to DC. The interior of the home is fully renovated and very well done with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs and a third .5 bath on main level. Downstairs is a great mud room area, laundry room, and full wet bar and projector tv style room. We were here for a lacrosse tournament at Liberty Sports Park as well as a family vacation and this place was ideal (only about 15 minutes to the tournament). The neighborhood is a mix of very nice houses and others not so nice so don’t be surprised by that. However, it feels like a safe area and is right across from the neighborhood community center. It’s also walking distance to a cool restaurant on the water. The owners are very responsive and communication was great. "
