Dining was excellent, especially Gogi for breakfast and Lagoon House and Fish Bar for dinner. What really made this stay unforgettable was the staff. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuine. From Lusia at check-in to the porters, spa team, and restaurant staff, the service felt thoughtful and personal. Being remembered by name and celebrated all day for my birthday was incredibly special. A huge thank you to Vikrant, also known as Vicky, the best concierge I have ever worked with. He reached out weeks before my arrival, anticipated every detail, and made sure my birthday trip was seamless. His care and attention truly elevated the entire experience.
