"Not enough outlets in the room. Bed was on the floor pretty much. Room was very small. There was a weird smell in the room. I wouldn't trust the public parking out back."

We were not given towels (I had to call for them), the toilet paper was not replenished (there were four of us in the room), and the complimentary coffee was not replenished."

Cleaning staff did a rather poor job. Stayed in downtown Pittsburgh many times, at half a dozen different locations, and this one was one of the more underwhelming ones. "

"Room was run down/old. Shower head was coming out of the wall and couldnt get the water hot. The phone in the room was making a loud buzzing noise so I just disconnected the cord. Rest of venue and area was super.l, staff was friendly. Room was clean. Easy access.to a late.checkout that was needed."
