"Mattress was a bit too hard. Worst feature of the hotel was the heating/ac. For some "bad" reason, there was no "fan only" or "fan constant" choice, so every time the thermostat told the unit to turn on, the fan restarted, and when the the thermostat told the unit to go off, the fan stopped. Strong fan, small room, the noise change was sleep disturbing. And when hotel noises start happening, there is no ability to use the fan as white noise. "Front desk staff members are just wonderful!! They are very warm and welcoming, they make you feel right at home. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and very quiet. Highly recommend!"

"The room could use some updating and maintenance. The closet shelves and door were not hanging correctly and could not be used. The walls need to be cleaned, carpet under the furniture needed to be cleaned better (we found candy under the sofa). The staff was great. The breakfast was awesome. The breakfast staff was amazing and made the trip so enjoyable. "
