"The hotel is very confusing in general. The lobby is on the 25th floor to check in, which we did not know in advance. They have a different style of elevators which are also confusing to use until you get the hang of it, it would be nice if someone showed guests upon check in as a lot of people were confused. Parking wasn't explained properly either.
They do have a cute little store in the lobby for snacks and items you might need.
Breakfast, also confusing. Not enough tables had to share seats with my kids. Decent food overall but the biggest issue is everything is shared and touchable. I caught someones kid touching every muffin, bagel and bread and putting them all back, all the utensils are in huge butter and jam tubs that people cross contaminate, they could do way better in this department and it would be too notch."
