It is an old establishment, yet the cleanliness was excellent and up to my high standards. We felt safe and comfortable. I am Autistic and sensitive to lights and noise, neither were a problem. It was quiet and we had good nights sleeps. Across the road from the beautiful scenic river which is lovely to walk by. Close to town and attractions. "

"This was a spacious, clean well maintained and appointed older style unit. The facilities were great. The indoor heated pool was a fabulous added extra. It was clean warm and a wonderful spot to relax in after an arduous walk. "

"The parking was fine, The reception gentleman was awesome and checking in was a breeze. He gave great advice for a meal. However, I thought the room was very dreary and the bed was soft. It had everything in it but it just didn't feel like a hotel. And the big clinch was having to wipe number twos off the toilet seat. This is unacceptable. I informed reception and the new person on duty the following day who both said they'd pass it on. The morning person said the cleaning staff were having a bit of a shakeup at the moment. I expect a bit more than this - maybe a refund or something as a sorry. This is such an enormous H&S issue."
