"My rest room smelled bad and the floor was sticky, there was pubic hair on the toilet seat, the sheets had stains. I asked if they could please clean the restroom and they said they did but it looked the same and still smelled bad. I pulled the sheets all the way down the end of the bed and they just pulled the sheets back didn’t even make the beds."

"What a disappointment! ….They trick you with the pictures, Becareful. Rooms were very old, and outdated. Room was not clean at all, surfaces dirty, stains on walls and shower, and floors dirty. Found some mildew. Could not wait to get out and thankful it was only a 1 night stay"

"We appreciate how clean the workers kept this property. It is older but well maintained. No dank smells. All fresh! Breakfast is very busy but good, including made to order tacos and omelets. Beds are ok, could be more comfy, but they worked for us. I loved the access to the beachside bar as well as the deck lounge chairs with an amazing beach view. We’ll stay here again. Front desk folks are friendly too."

"Had a wonderful stay. Beautiful hotel with many extras. Breakfast and dinner were included along with 3 drinks a day at no extra charge. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Great location and would stay again! Only thing I wish could be improved is the valet set up. A bit time consuming; the staff running it do the bast they can with the spaces available."
