"Does not have microwaves in room, but does have one on several of the floors to be shared. Walking distance to a lot of popular attractions. The ice machines didn't work and vending machines are out of stock. Also do not do daily housekeeping like most hotels. Still a great, historic place to stay "

"The knob to the toilet was broken, we had to adjust it everytime we use it. We had to carry the microwave out of the cubby and plug it close to an outlet. One of the outlets where pushed forward exposing the back of the outlet, very dangerous if you have little ones. The restroom needs a good cleaning. Other little thing, which I didn’t mind asking in the front office, but should’ve been accommodated before hand. "

"Perfect hotel for a short walk to the Magestic Theater. The walls were a little thin and the beds are tiny (doubles not queens). But, overall, it is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location with kind and helpful staff."
