"Enjoyed our stay and the great ocean views from our room and balcony on the 17th floor! The beds were very comfortable and the room was well appointed. Staff were lovely and responsive. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location next to the beach was fantastic and we made use of the bus station nearby and connections to the city along with the array of cafes, bars and other eateries nearby. Soundproofing in the room was fantastic which blocked noise from the road and the nightlife. We had trouble adjusting the aircon temperature down so would open doors where possible - instructions for that would be good. We were originally allocated an unrenovated room on the 14th floor with a shower in bath arrangement but requested a move as our room booking had indicated a walk in shower. Beware the older rooms - very hard beds, poor views and quite a depressing vibe. My review would be very different if we'd stayed in that room. The complex is looking a bit tired but renovations are occurring with the main entrance and pool out of action. Housekeeping could improve - towels weren't replaced one day and they didn't service our room the next. All up, the benefits outweigh the negatives with the Rendezvous. I'll be back to stay again in future!"

"Absolutely lovely place to stay our apartment was great had everything needed for our stay we overlooked the beach from the balcony which was nice. A couple of things the apartment we booked was apparently in the other building and there was no elevator available so we had to walk around the back to access and had to carry our suitcase up stairs which was not very good and this wasn't advertised on the site i only found out when i requested both our rooms to have double beds and they mentioned that our apartment was at the next door property with no elevator and if i wanted to change it would cost more Also there was some loose paving at the top of the stairs going down to the heated pool and my travel partner tripped on the paver sticking out and nearly fell down the stairs she was lucky that she grabbed the railing So a few repairs to the outdoor area would be advised Otherwise would definitely book here again so well positioned and walking distance to just about everything you need we did have a car which we hardly used and there was onsite parking available which was also very convenient. We had a great time Scarborough is a beautiful place to be."

"Staff were great and location to the beach was brilliant. Not very impressed with the views, we were promised ocean views but all i could see is the derelict building site below with an enormous amount of trash and dumping right outside, and graffiti/vandalism. Maybe a discussion with the council to prompt cleaning that up! Really spoilt the feel. Cleaners were good so overall not really a problem with cleanliness, however the carpet could do with a deep clean or renew - our feet were black within 20mins of being in there. "

"Our Palms experience was fantastic from the get go. Our host engaged with us early on to ensure our booking was acknowledge, we were well in formed and kept up to date. The house was everything we had hoped for and more. Every convenience was catered for. True luxury. Everyone of us said "how good would it be to live here permanently. "We had a fantastic stay at this Scarborough apartment. The location was perfect — super close to the beach and within easy walking distance to shops and cafés. We especially loved the pool facilities, which were a real highlight for our family. Indoor pool and spa, plus outdoor pool as well. The gym facilities were an added bonus too. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of room to spread out, which made a big difference with a young family. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. An ideal base for a first-time visit to Perth and exploring the surrounding areas. We would happily stay here again"
