"The day before arrival we received an email to manage our expectations, telling us that the property has no WiFi as advertised and we hat the property is ‘budget’, and not to expect anything from it (nice to let us know the day before huh). Property condition is poor, badly maintained, leaking taps, inadequate air conditioning, rock hard beds and slabs for pillows. Location however is great, right on Scarborough beach. If you are after budget and location, then great. If not. Avoid "

"The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The Receptionists were very welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect for all Scarborough Beach has to offer. This is our second stay and would definitely recommend."

"disappointing part is when people leave trolleys in the lift , also water marks from the pool. There should be a side access to allow people to walk directly to the beach. The views were excellant and unit was very clean that stay was perfect for us all. Just the little things mentioned could be fixed. Would come back for sure. Thank you. "

The only issue we had was the access details we were sent on the arrival email was incorrect. This meant we needed to call and email the rental company to get the correct access code. "

"The Villa was as described inside but the outdoor area was different. The outdoor tropical look spa area had weeds on the pavers and a lot in the garden bed. Overall the exterior of the property was a bit bare and tired looking. Quite a few plants were missing compared to the website pic at the rear of the Villa. Spa wasn't the same water colour as the pic. The bbq was rusty. No secure parking as described on the website, both the side gate and main parking area gates were open all the time with cars coming and going from the other units. We never saw them closed in our 3 night stay. The interior of the Villa was clean and had all we required. Our host was friendly and answered the phone quickly when I said we couldn't use the tight taps in the handbasin. He advised he knew of the constant dripping tap and it was due to be fixed after we left and we agreed to that. Scarborough is a great location. The Villa is a easy walk to supermarket, food venues and things to see as well as the stunning white beach and the ocean. "
