The general manager really helped turn our very hectic day of delayed flights and lost luggages into a good day with his kindness and attentiveness. I would stay here again and again. Breakfast was amazing. A great variety and the service was beyond exceptional. Thank you all again for your hospitality. My daughters and I really appreciated it."

"Excellent staff go out of their way to deal with your requests. Rooms looking a little tired in places. Maybe should have warned us before arrival that a wedding was taking place and the impact it would have on common areas. Breakfast buffet was fantastic."

"The room was nice if somewhat dark - dark wallpaper and dark furniture. The bathroom had a big shower but signs of mould in places. Sadly the shower didn’t work brilliantly, changing pressure and temperature. The spa was great had a fabulous massage. "
