Make yourself at home in this 4-bedroom Yarmouth retreat. Experience luxury living with a private tennis court with a basketball net included- perfect for serious games or casual practice. Have fun playing pickleball too. The home overlooks a salt water pond and is directly across the street from smugglers beach.

Enjoy a deck with a beautiful seating area overlooking the salt marsh! You can also enjoy an outdoor kitchen with a state of the art grille and pizza oven! Outdoor shower is a nice treat after the beach!

This terrific house boasts 3 king beds and 2 queen beds, perfect for a group getaway. We also have a crib and plenty of toys/wagons/water table for the kids! Beach chairs available in the garage. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, and AC. With 3 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, your comfort is our priority.
