We had a wonderful stay, spending time with family and enjoying the beautiful property. You can’t beat the location, and the property owners were so responsive! The house is well appointed with everything we needed, clean and very spacious. There were 10 of us, and we had tons of room to spread out and relaxed. We really enjoyed the back deck and fire table as well. Highly recommend!

Our family had a nice time spending spring break here. The home was well situated for an off-season get away so that we were close enough to restaurants that were open, but we could also easily drive to beaches and parks on the outer cape. The property owners were very responsive.

We had a group of 5 women here to do a writing retreat, and the big, comfortable couch, the outdoor table, and the beach across the street were our landing spots. What a wonderful space.

We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed the house and the location. The only negative I want to mention is that the 5th bedroom is very small, with a European fold out couch. If we planned to have a couple stay there, it would have been very tight.

This vacation home has all the charm and character of an old fashioned cottage but it has all the modern amenities for a very comfortable stay. It is also large and laid out in a way that works great for 2 families or groups that want to vacation together while still having some privacy. It has an incredible front lawn and split rail fence that looks across the street at a knoll of scrubby pines, a picnic area, and the ocean. All communication with the owner was simple, clear and quick. This is a wonderful place.

A beautiful home located just across the street from the beach. The house is as described, clean and well maintained. Checking in and out was very easy The yard was nicely landscaped and the deck was great to sit outside. There was plenty of parking. Host was always available to answer any questions before, during and after our stay (we left something behind). We would definitely rent this house again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The owner was very nice and was at the house to greet us and make sure we had everything we needed. Also when the outdoor grill broke he replaced it immediately with a brand new Weber. The house was immaculate. The beds in the 5 bedrooms were very comfortable. We loved being across the street from the beach and a short walk from a family restaurant and an ice cream stand! Our thanks to Alex for a great vacation! We hope to go back someday.

The property was everything advertised. We had 4 generations and everyone had space. Bring across from the beach was great for family walks. Also our dog loved the beach. My grandchildren enjoyed the park and swings. Also family trip to the Pirate Museum on a rainy day was fun for all. Alex was great. We run our our VRBO and know the work that goes into making a great experience. Alex made our stay fantastic. !!

We had the pleasure of renting this property for a long weekend in October. It met our needs in every way. This was a group of 9 friends. There was plenty of comfortable space for sleeping, meals, and gathering as a group. The location was great with easy access to the beach and was central to other activities and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. The house was tidy and had all the creature comforts that we required. I highly recommend this property.

We chose this property because of the location - across the street from the beach, fun restaurant in walking distance for the occasional night out, and off the beaten path of traffic, but accessible to services when wanted. However, the condition and owner were added bonuses. Super clean, many supplies on site, seamless check-in. The owner called us early in the day to let us know that the house was open to us before scheduled check in, was responsive to the one issue we had, and a kind gentleman. Be advised that the room with the futon is more appropriate for 2 kids than an adult couple. Will gladly book again for another family reunion. Thank you, A&V!

We stayed at the house over Christmas. There were 7 of us ranging in age from 8-60. We had such a nice time. The house was perfect for us. We loved the set up with two bedrooms upstairs and two down. The kids like the carvings on the handrails. We were able to have our own spaces. The large dining room and seating in the living room worked really well. There were a lot of basics in the house which made it easy to cook at the house without having to shop for every little thing. Alex was quick to respond when I had a question. We would definitely stay here again. Nice central location and right across from the beach.
