Josh was very prompt in responding to our queries. The house was clean and comfortably accommodated our group of 14, including kids. Highly recommend it for large groups!

Great location, perfect house with plenty of room for the 15 adults. Owner was great to communicate with. It was very easy checkin and checkout. Super clean modern and spacious house. Walk to the beach in 5 minutes.

The best Cape Cod has to offer!

A fantastic place for our Cape Cod trip. Josh is awesome host and house is spectacular. Plenty of space for our two families to spread out, relax and play. Location is great - we loved being able to walk to both the beach and the Skipper. Super close. House was stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend Josh's home if you're planning a trip to the Cape! Already talking about a trip back next year.
