Swim, fish, surf, kayak, sail, BBQ, sunbathe in your backyard. Step right out onto your sandy beach! A short stroll to restaurants, shops, public beaches or hotels to rent jet skis, kayaks, or parasail. Double ocean kayak available for your use free! Mini golf, trampolines, arcades. Pirate Museum and Water Park nearby. Private beach and private cobblestone driveway. You couldn't ask for a better location!! This house has been listed with VRBO since 2013. We also have a solid five star rental history covering our two other oceanfront homes next door, but this one is the cream of the crop! This was a great spot on the beach in South Yarmouth. We loved the vintage interior, bright colors, cool ocean breezes, and comfortable furniture. The open living space and panoramic view of the ocean was delightful. Our favorite part was walking out the back door and being so close to the water as well as sleeping to the soothing sounds of the surf. It was a fun stay, and we hope to return next summer!

Enjoyed every second of this stay. Your toes are on the beach the second you step out the back door. Warm, happy, immaculate home. Especially loved the outdoor grill, even in the rain. Magical stay! Thank you!

Beautiful view!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Seawitch. The check-in/check-out process was easy, and the available amenities (grill, kayak, beach chairs) added to the experience.

Lovely beachfront location

We chose Seawitch because we wanted somewhere directly on the beach. It was lovely to be able to open the doors and see and hear the sea. The property was clean and comfortable.

Incredible Vacation Spot

I cannot recommend this property highly enough. This was our second stay here and I have no doubt we will be returning for a third! The location on the beach is spectacular and the property itself is wonderful. It is close to great restaurants and there is a grocery store nearby. The owners are very responsive to any needs that may arise during a visit. I would give this 10 stars if I could!

Great location, private, great views

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Being right on the beach was very nice. We enjoyed taking walks, just sitting outside, drinking coffee on back porch, and a night would open the doors and listen to the waves and enjoy the cool breeze. The house had all the amenities we needed. We really enjoyed the Skipper restaurant right down the road, local ice cream shops, and the taffy market. It was nice being close to Hyannis so we could take the ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard for day trips. Great communication from owners, very friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely Incredible!

This home is amazing. I really have no words to describe the LOCATION. When you sit IN the house, you feel as if you are ON the beach. Its like having your living room on the sand. You can only understand what Im saying by experiencing it. Beautifully appointed decor and soooo cozy. Quiet, peaceful, breathtaking views - sunrise to sunset. Don’t miss this gem. Look no further!

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Nothing beats listening to the ocean waves as you fall asleep at night. My favorite was sitting g outside enjoying my coffee while watching the waves. Thanks for sharing your little piece of paradise with us.

I will apologize right away for being so late with this review.The house was magnificent, I expected nothing less. It was immaculate. Clean, neat and tidy, and of course, The Ocean right in front of me. The property is magnificent, and if you don’t take the chance of going to see this particular spot, you’re missing out on something incredibly special. Communication with the owners was quick and efficient. They are always a phone call or a text away. If I had to put my finger on something to criticize, the only thing I could think of is that the ice cube trays were only half full I will be back again, and thank you for having me one more time.

Relaxing getaway

My husband and I wanted a quick, quiet trip to Cape Cod, and the Seawitch was just what we were looking for. The living room with all the windows was the best, and the constant sound of the waves were, too!

Lovely

Peaceful place on the ocean close to entertainment. The house is very cute and you can relax hearing the ocean sound. The kids had great fun playing by the beach while I could watch them from the porch.

Cute property

It was nice being right on the beach. House is very cute with the yellow accents. Lots of glass giving great views. Bed comfortable. All appliances there as well as a real lobster pot. Would stay again.
