Had to walk up 14 stairs to our room, have a 91 year old with limited mobility with me. They appeared full so I didn't ask to change rooms. Paid for water in their restaurant, should have been told it would cost 5 pounds prior.

Stayed here before embarking on a cruise. The bed was very comfortable, room was beautiful, they provided free water, cookies and gin. Ate in the rooftop restaurant for dinner and breakfast, then took the complimentary shuttle to the port.

Beautiful property. Very clean and modern rooms. Many things to see in Southhampton. The staff was very helpful with information of how to get to London and get around. I would highly recommend staying here great value and close to London by train for more sightseeing
