Cellar:
Doorway through to the utility room housing the washing machine and tumble dryer.
First floor landing:
With stairs leading up to the second floor and doors to 5 bedrooms, separate bathroom and separate toilet.

Should you need to accommodate more than 16 guests, 2 further beds (single folding camp style) can be provided.

Carport to accommodate 5 cars with further on street parking on adjacent streets available. The house is situated front of its land, mainly laid to lawn with fully established trees and shrubs. Block paving from the driveway to the front door. Acess o the garden from inside the house block paved seating area and a massive lawn area for activities.
Guest access
The whole house will be available to our guests, apart from the office, which is situated in the North first floor.
Other things to note
A MAXIMUM of 18 guests in our home. No additional guests; whether visiting or staying the night.
