Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Southampton. Close to cruise terminal. Extremely friendly staff, especially Bridget, the hotel manager, and Jack! Great history with this building regarding the Titanic. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Southampton!

Very traditional tavern. Loved the vibes in this old English spot. Tons of history all through the building. A must see and stay. Breakfast was amazing and staff were super helpful and friendly

When we arrived on Saturday late afternoon the pubs downstairs and in the neighbourhood were buzzing. I was initially concerned that it might be noisy but it was totally quiet up in the hotel rooms. The room was tasteful and cosy, loved the bathrobe and slippers and the great shower. Comfy bed, black out blinds. Fabulous breakfast. Parking is not provided and is fairly expensive locally.

The White Star was absolutely amazing little hotel and perfect for our short stay. The staff could not have been more welcoming and Zach the bartender makes a wonderful French martini.

Great property in a neat location of Southampton. Nice rooms with premium amenities. Great bar and restaurant on site, With outdoor seating as well. Breakfast buffet and menu items in AM. Owner and Staff are wonderful. Jack is a treasure. We’ll be back!

Don’t hesitate - a great pub with super rooms

I had a great stay here. We had a really warm and friendly welcome. Great rooms, comfy bed, good shower, fresh milk in the fridge. Really really great stay and very well priced

It’s a tavern above a pub. We loved the atmosphere. Things gets quite at 11:00pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The full English breakfast was tasty.

Had a great staff and friendly. Would stay again. Only thing I rated lower is no lift in facility. But staff brought my luggage to my room and down also. Small cozy boutique hotel. Only 16 rooms on 3 stories.
