"Property was booked when I arrived and I had no room then got the run around when I tried to reach hist for a refund, still haven't received it"

"I loved having a large space with comfortable furniture, TVs in both the living room and bedroom, a washer/dryer and a full kitchen. The parking felt secure in a garage below the building. The frequent messages regarding check in, check out, parking made the experience stress free and easy. Suggestions for restaurants and things to do were an added bonus. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again."

"Huge fan in the lobby for air but it Smelled of cigarette smoke. The room was seedy with stuff splatted on the walls. Loud fan in bathroom and bot enough light. The toulet didnt flush every day I went to the front desk about it. Unfortunately it wasnt resolved!!"

"I didn’t like getting to the property late at night and then them telling me that I did not have a room available that they had to give it to somebody else and now I’ve been trying to get a refund for several weeks"

"Very disappointing anniversary stay. Parking was advertised as limited, but the alternative parking was also scarce and poorly monitored, with guests taking multiple spaces. Twice we had to park on the street, once paying for parking. We were also not told this was an apartment complex, a significant safety consideration in Memphis. We received only TWO towels for four nights, and every towel smelled sour. After requesting more the night before, we had to rearrange reservations and wait the...

"Stayed here a couple of times and I dig the spot"

"We were traveling to visit family in the area and thought it best, since we were traveling with a big group, to try this style of stay. First, the initial set of directions sent us to the wrong address. Causing a delay to the property. Then, once we got there, we spent an hour trying to contact the host to get in, to no avail. The blessing is that we booked through Expedia, and they found us a different location that could accommodate our group. The host contacted us the next day, but by then it...

"My partner and I booked pretty last minute after staying in a disaster budget hotel and this place was a godsend. The parking lot has plenty of space and if you're nervous about the narrow driveway, there's plenty of street parking. I booked through a third party and I think that's why I had issues with check-in - the info is supposed to unlock once you're within check-in time and complete the pre-check-in survey, but it didn't unlock for me - however I emailed the owner and got it sorted out...

"Great, safe house in a nice location. Host is very pleasant and responsive. I would stay there again."

"very nice stay!! the host accommodated me and my needs very well and great communication. i definitely recommend this stay."

"I loved the location but was surprised I didnt have direct acess to the balcony."

"The property was actually a Motel 6 that said reservations made in advance did not actually guarantee you a room. When we arrived, we were told that there was only one room left that did not have a TV and was not the same accommodations that we had booked in advance. Next, we were told that all the hotel key card readers on the room doors were broken, so the only way that we could get in an out of our rooms is by having the hotel staff use a screwdriver to take the doors off the hinges each time...

"Room was spacious with everything necessary for comfort during our trip, including toiletries which saved us packing space!"

"Great stat!"

"This unit is absolutely not described properly. It is not in good shape. The pictures are not correct. You have to pass through main bedroom to get to bathroom. Doors do not close to main bedroom. Tv is very small. Not what is in the pictures. Plaster falling off the walls. Blinds falling down. One pan to use. Very rustic. Please dont book this is you want any kind of privacy in your bedroom. Front bedroom is a small little twin bed. To get to bathroom you must go through...
