"Much cleaner than my last stay a few years ago. Not sure if the owner was probably changed? Of course the price is 50% higher than before, although it's still in the lower among Boston's crazily priced hotels."

"Our original room was not up to par. There was a stain I was able to wipe off on the sheets, as well as significant staining on the mattress. Fortunately the Manager at this hotel was amazing. He switched rooms for us without hesitation and even upgraded our room. I want to point out that the front desk staff were also great and very friendly. Our second room was great. Very clean and comfortable. Their breakfast selections were very good.Thankfully because of the manager we will stay at Hampton Inn again "

"Overall everything was good. Parking garage was there and i get they have cost of upkeep but if youre in an area no other parking is available. Hotel can include parking. We had 2 rooms and still paid for parking"
