Cozy up in this beautiful 10-acre, 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom COUNTRY ESTATE for 2-20 guests, 1-1.5 hours from Boston, Hartford, Providence, and 3 hours from New York City. The property is surrounded by conservation land, which gives you total privacy.

You can swim in the saltwater pool with multiple floats, play Ping-Pong, foosball, horseshoes, Beer-Pong balls, Beanbags, and Ring Toss in the horse stall area, and paddle around the pond.

In the morning, jog in ravines and forests, hear the birds singing, visit the flower gardens, toast your marshmallows in the firepit on one of the five patios, and climb the cliffs. Grill your food or have food delivered, and eat outside admiring nature.

Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the estate's pond as you sit and read a book on the bench and observe the many frogs, turtles, and fish in the pond. You can also go for a rowboat ride and float in a tube.
There is parking on the driveway for up to 11 cars.

This smart home has its own well and septic field, solar panels, Wi-Fi thermostats, 1Gig mesh internet, motion-control dimmer switches, heat pumps, and mini splits.
The excellent drinking water is filtered through the whole house by several carbon and sediment filters, an iron filter and UV light for any bacteria and viruses.
No salt is used on the land for water softening or as an ice melter in the winter. A product called Ecotraction ( volcanic sediment) is used to de-ice the driveway.

No insecticide or herbicide is used on the property. Many flowers are planted for their fragrance, beauty and pollinator attraction. Weeds are pulled out manually.
We compost food waste, excluding meat because it attracts animals, and separate trash ( 10%) from recycled ( 90%) as practised in our town.

You enter the house through the left garage door.
The three-car garage has been converted into a large mud and recreation room, where you can bring your luggage and groceries and leave your outside shoes.
This recreation room offers a beautiful pool view, has a piano and toys inside the cabinets, and is the perfect indoor-outdoor room during the rain.

When you enter the house from the recreation room, the ivory bathroom and black-and-white bedroom are off the hallway.
You then come to the blue family room with the gas fireplace and card games, connected to the cathedral-ceiling kitchen and the formal dining room that seats 8.
This chef's kitchen has a double oven, Keurig, Expresso, drip coffee, ice cream maker, all baking tools for cakes, cookies, and pies, various spices and condiments, utensils, and plates for 30 plus.
The bar/living room is off the dining room. It has a 55-inch Sony OLED TV and another piano. Please feel free to read any books on any subject.

As you continue walking, you will see the aqua bedroom with a full-size bed, the pink bathroom with double sinks, and the laundry /garden room.
Last, you will encounter the cathedral-ceiling master red bedroom ( 35 feet by 20 feet ) with a 65-inch Sony OLED TV, the master black-and-white bathroom with double sinks, and the cathedral-ceiling oversized jacuzzi.

In summary, the ground floor has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, which is helpful for any elderly parents or handicapped person.

The second floor has three bedrooms ( pink with a queen-size bed, yellow with two single beds, and grey with a double-size bed), an office, another family room with Karaoke, and a purple bathroom.

If you need more space, 3-4 single air mattresses can be in the red bedroom, one in the pink bedroom, 1-2 in the grey bedroom, and one in the office.
