Staying here made everything so convenient. The hotel is centrally located, just a short walk to Pub Street and other major attractions. I loved being able to explore the area on foot and return to such a great base. The location is truly one of the best features of this hotel!

If you’re coming to Siem Reap to see the temples, this is a convenient place to stay. I visited Angkor Wat, Bayon Temple, and Neak Pean Temple during my trip and had an amazing time. The location made planning my days easy.

Most beautiful hotel & brand new!! I loved every day of my stay here. The courtesy of the staff from the minute is arrive till you leave, the efficient & the constant care makes your stay unforgettable. The breakfst is absolutely awesome- every kind of bread, eggs made any way you like the endless buffet of Cambodian food, good coffee, high quality fruits & a variety so it is not the same everyday & also pastries. Even the bread pudding is wonderful. Loved it!!!

The boutique is a great value where I stayed for 10 days. The hotel arranged my airport transfer which was a relief as I arrived fairly late in the evening after traveling all day with 2 connecting flights from Canada. The staff was warm and welcoming and I popped in for a quick snack in the restaurant by the pool where a trio of guests was taking an evening dip after massages. Highly recommend!

The staff were welcoming and supportive. Our room was tidy and quite spacious. The location is ideal and near everything. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

The Borei Angkor Resort & Spa is the epitome of luxury without pretension. The staff is exquitly professional and exceedingly kind. The property is gorgeous and conveniently located. There is no finer breakfast buffet in all of SE Asia. When coming to visit Angkor Wat, the Borei Angkor Resort & Spa has to be at the top of the places to stay.

I stand firmly behind my five stars - this hotel definitely earned them on service alone. The staff memorize your name - not just a few, lots of them remember who you are! Constantly trying to help, constantly engaging in friendly conversation. We felt like we were visiting friends! This hotel was located right across from the beach, so it was very convenient! There were also lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The pool was also really nice. The only complaint was that we could hear our neighbors quite clearly, so maybe more noise cancelation would be helpful.

Outstanding value. The best staff. I slept like a baby. I got an excellent workout in at their gym to start my day, and the equipment was expertly maintained. The breakfast was outstanding. Their coffee is superior. Their co-working space design is brilliant. If I knew this place was going to be this great, I would have stayed in Bangkok longer.

Second time at this place and I still enjoy this hotel. The staff are wonderful.

If you are looking for a clean and friendly hotel located within walking distance of some of Hanoi's best attractions, look no further than Royal palace Hannoi Hotel. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with any request, night or day, and will make booking excursions or trips outside of the city a breeze. The beds and rooms are clean, and make you a very comfortable stay. Looking forward to the next time I can stay in this hotel!
