"I like this property and have stayed there before. This time I was initially assigned a room that had a weird, stale smell. Was promptly given another room that smelled fine. As I went to iron my clothes a few minutes later, I found that the iron was broken. Tried to call for a new one, but the phone line was out. They gave me another iron, but the phone remained like that the four days I was there. The place is generally in great shape, and the service was excellent. I love the full breakfasts, and I had no issues getting them to remove the tax from my bill (as I work for an agency that pays no tax). Not sure how often they clean the rooms, but it only happened once in the four days I was there."
