"Bellman service was excellent. Loved our room (1402) with a balcony & beach view. Large, well equipped with free coffee & free water. Beach chairs are very nice. Also enjoyed both pools. Will return. "

"Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Less than a min walk to the beach. Numerous places for breakfast lunch and dinner, both fine dinning as well as casual. Overall great location great stay highly recommend! "

"Great service however there is roaches in the hotel rooms. We noticed it as we were leaving our one night stay."

"Disappointed "

"I was disappointed that they didn't notify us the water sports weren't being used one of the days we were there. I wasted time waiting in line that never opened. I also thought the $50/day resort fee is excessive and not warranted especially when some of the services weren't offered. They also closed many bar areas too early in the evening. "

"Most outlets in the room would not hold a plug. "

"Not enough seating for the pool. They didn’t clean our rooms until 4:30pm after we complained about them not coming at all. A lot of people didn’t have wrist bands on that were mandatory to be at the resort. No one enforced the red band rule. We felt like a lot of people weren’t supposed to be on the private beach and pool area. "
